Communication
Note: All communication will take place through the Pinside Customer Communication system. You will receive a confirmation message and a copy of the invoice once you place your order and your payment has been accepted. We will send a confirmation that your order has been accepted within 1 business day. And finally you'll receive another communication with the tracking details once your order ships. Note that you'll also receive notifications of these events if you've enabled notifications.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept Credit Cards and ApplePay.

Shipping
Shipping is charged by weight through the USPS Shipping Calculator. We ship worldwide! There will be a 1-2 day processing period and then we typically allow 3-7 days for shipping.

Tracking
You will get an email notification with tracking information from USPS! I try to mail things out in a timely manner but will communicate if there is a delay!

Refunds and exchanges
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee or exchange on all items. You'll only have to pay the return shipping cost.
Simply notify us that you'd like to return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt, and we'll send you instructions.
